Château De Beauvois

Château De Beauvois is a 15th-century castle that was a favorite residence of Louis XIII, one of his preferred destinations for hunting trips. This 16th-17th-century manor sits on the western outskirts of Tours, at the heart of a 140-hectare wooded park, facing Lake Briffaut. It is managed today by Younan Collection under the name "La Maison Younan."

Today its 36 luxury rooms and suites, across five categories (suite, deluxe, superior, classic tradition), are all within the manor, combining exposed beams, antique furniture and contemporary comfort.

The château's documented role as a favorite hunting destination of Louis XIII ties Beauvois directly to 17th-century French royal history, predating its current hospitality use by roughly four centuries.

The fact that all 36 rooms sit within the single historic manor, rather than being split across modern annexes, gives guests here a consistently period-authentic stay throughout the property.

The estate's troglodyte wine cellar, holding 10,000 bottles, reflects the wider Loire Valley tradition of cave-cellar winemaking built into the region's limestone terrain.
