Domaine les Crayères

Domaine les Crayères was built in 1904 for the Marquise de Polignac, a pure Mansart-style château overlooking Reims and Mount Reims. It was later owned by Madame Pommery, the matriarch of the Champagne house that bears her name.

Set in a 6-hectare landscaped park on the Saint-Nicaise hill, a UNESCO World Heritage area, the château today has 20 rooms across Superior, Deluxe, Junior Suite, Prestige and Imperial categories, with views over the park, courtyard, or château grounds; Prestige rooms typically include a balcony or terrace.

Madame Pommery's ownership ties Les Crayères directly to one of Champagne's most historically significant houses, a connection that gives the property a genuine link to the region's winemaking heritage beyond its architectural pedigree.
