Galiny Palace (German: Schloss Gallingen) was built in 1589 in the Renaissance style for Baron Botho zu Eulenburg, as the seat of the Prussian noble family von Eulenburg, whose first residence in Galiny was a wooden stronghold from the second half of the 15th century. Standing on a small hill, the palace had a defensive character and was surrounded by a moat, with a drawbridge as its only access.

A half-timbered granary was added in 1745, and in the mid-18th century farm buildings followed; a century later these buildings and two towers on the north side were rebuilt in the neo-Gothic style. In 1921 the Silesian architect Count Hochberg removed the neo-Gothic decoration and rebuilt the palace to its original pattern, giving it its present appearance.

In 1945 the palace was occupied by the Soviet army and plundered. After the war it was used as a summer camp and then fell into ruin; it was bought by private owners in 1995, who carried out a thorough renovation. A stud farm was established on the estate in 1998. Today the palace complex operates as a three-star hotel with free parking, free Wi-Fi, a wellness area and breakfast included on the rate seen.
